Who is Camille?
I am a wife, mother, and now I am a local small business owner! I graduated from Ladera, Heights, and FHS. My husband Brian and I met in college and we have been married for 18 years. I taught elementary school before deciding to stay home with my family.
Life is an adventure, and I never would have guessed life would bring me here, creating my own business. But here we are! Read on to find out how the business idea evolved.
What's the story behind the business?
In March 2021, my family and I were visiting Epcot at Disney World for spring break. I knew I wanted to take my daughter to the French Pavilion since she loves Fancy Nancy and all things French. We are huge ice cream lovers, so we naturally walked straight into the ice cream shop. I decided to try something new and ordered the strawberry macaron ice cream sandwich you see here.
I instantly loved it and ordered three more. We sat on the curb right outside and gobbled them down. I couldn't stop thinking about this delicate twist and perfect combination! I couldn't find them anywhere so I took it upon myself to figure it out! Everything else has been one step at a time. If you would have asked me two years ago I never would have guessed I'd be here now.
